Xinnzy respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects our users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 ("DMCA"), we will respond expeditiously to claims of copyright infringement on our website.
Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice
If you believe that content on our website infringes your copyright, you may submit a written DMCA takedown notice containing the following information:
Required Information:
1. Identification of the copyrighted work
Provide a detailed description of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed. If multiple copyrighted works are covered by a single notification, provide a representative list of such works.
2. Identification of the infringing material
Provide sufficient information to allow us to locate the material on our website, including:
- URL(s) or link(s) to the infringing content
- Product name or listing ID
- Description of where the material is located on our site
3. Your contact information
Provide information reasonably sufficient to permit us to contact you, including:
- Full legal name
- Mailing address
- Telephone number
- Email address
4. Good faith statement
Include the following statement:
"I have a good faith belief that the use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law."
5. Accuracy statement
Include the following statement:
"I declare, under penalty of perjury, that the information in this notification is accurate and that I am the copyright owner, or am authorized to act on behalf of the owner, of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed."
6. Physical or electronic signature
Provide your physical or electronic signature (typing your full legal name is acceptable).

Our Response Process
Upon receiving a valid DMCA notice, we will:
1. Review your notice within 1-3 business days
2. Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material if the notice meets DMCA requirements
3. Notify the user who posted the material that it has been removed or disabled
4. Provide the user with a copy of your DMCA notice
5. Take action on repeat infringers by terminating their accounts
Timeline: Properly submitted DMCA notices will be processed within 3 business days (72 hours).
Counter-Notification
If you believe that content you posted was wrongly removed in response to a DMCA notice, you may file a counter-notification.
Requirements for Counter-Notification:
Your counter-notification must include:
1. Your physical or electronic signature
2. Identification of the material that was removed and its location before removal
3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification
4. Your name, address, telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or the Northern District of California if outside the U.S.), and that you will accept service of process from the person who filed the original DMCA notice
5. Your physical or electronic signature

What happens next: We will forward your counter-notification to the original complainant. If they do not file a court action within 10-14 business days, we may restore the removed content.
Repeat Infringer Policy
Xinnzy has adopted a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who are deemed to be repeat infringers. We may also, at our sole discretion, limit access to our website and/or terminate the accounts of any users who infringe any intellectual property rights of others, whether or not there is any repeat infringement.

Please note that under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material or activity is infringing may be subject to liability for damages, including costs and attorneys' fees. By submitting a DMCA notice, you acknowledge and agree that:
- Xinnzy is merely acting as an intermediary
- We have no obligation to monitor content for copyright infringement
- We are not liable for content posted by users
- We comply with the safe harbor provisions of the DMCA
