30 days from delivery date to initiate a return or exchange.
What Can Be Returned?
✅ Eligible for Return/Exchange:
- Unworn items with original tags attached
- Items in original packaging
- Defective or damaged products
- Wrong item received
❌ Not Eligible:
- Items worn, washed, or altered
- Items without tags or packaging
- Items damaged due to misuse
- Final sale items (clearly marked on product page)

Option 1: Exchange
Swap your item for a different size, color, or product of equal value.
Shipping: Free exchange shipping on defective/wrong items. Customer pays return shipping for size/color exchanges.
Option 2: Refund
Get your money back if the item doesn't work for you.

How to Return
Step 1: Contact Us
Email support@xinnzy.com with:
- Order number
- Item(s) you want to return
- Reason for return (optional but helpful!)
Step 2: Get Your Return Label
We'll email you a prepaid return label (for defective/wrong items) or return instructions.
Step 3: Ship It Back
Pack your item securely and ship it back within 30 days.
Step 4: Get Your Refund/Exchange
Once we receive and inspect your return (usually 2-3 business days), we'll process your refund or send your exchange.
Defective or Wrong Item?
We'll make it right—fast.
If you received a damaged, defective, or wrong item:
1. Email us photos at support@xinnzy.com within 7 days of delivery
2. We'll send a prepaid return label immediately
3. Choose a replacement or full refund—your call
4. No return shipping cost for you

International Returns
International customers can return items within 30 days.
However, return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility and we recommend using a tracked shipping method.
Note: Original shipping costs are non-refundable for international returns (unless item is defective/wrong).

- Refund processing: 5-10 business days
- Bank/card processing: 3-5 business days (depends on your bank)
